Glendower Historic Mansion is open just three more days this year. Visit the house Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, December 28, 29 or 30. Hours are noon to 5:00 pm. Admission is just $5.00 for adults, seniors 65 and over $4.50 and students under 18, $3.50.
Glendower is decorated for Christmas. The theme is a Sleigh Bell Christmas and where ever possible the decorating team has incorporated bells. Peacocks are also part of the decorations expanding on that theme begun in the library/office and expanding to the drawing room.
Costumed interpreters lead tours. Most afternoons we have musical entertainment as well.
Note: The Warren County History Center and the Historical Society office is closed until January 3. It opens that Tuesday at 10:00 am. Winter hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 to 4:00pm. Admission is adults $5.00, seniors 65 and over $4.50 and students under 18 $3.50. Saturdays are a free day.
